La Mie Du Pain: French word describing the inside of the bread!

L’amis Du Pain: Bread’s Friend.

Both are pronounced the same way and both are equal in my mind.

I was born and raised in France. I left the country in my early twenties to study abroad and life took me in a different location. There is a lot to miss food wise, but bread has been the most consistent craving through the year.

For those who likes bread, I am going to try sharing my experiences and recipes for making bread.
